Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you are canceling a new subscription, you have 30 days from the start date to do so.
For renewing subscriptions, you must cancel before the next annual renewal date.

We recommend canceling at least one month before the annual renewal date to ensure timely processing. Otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew for the following year.

Our policy allows for refunds based on when you cancel and your product usage:

Crucially: Refunds are only issued if you have not used the product (the card) during the cancellation period. If you use the product (the card), no refunds will be issued at all.
